[TowerTalk] 5000 psi vs 3500 psi concrete?

Rich-

If you need a final strength of 3500 psi, a 5000 psi mix will reach that 
strength sooner than will a 3500 psi mix.  Like maybe one week instead of 
2-3 weeks.  If saving cure time is important it might be worth the extra 
cost, but you'll need to keep it watered and cool longer so it doesn't 
crack.
