[TowerTalk] Remote Ham Radio

Same principle as any repeater club anywhere charging an annual fee  
for use of the machine.  Or what they used to do was charge for the  
auto-patch codes...remember that? The contents of the communications  
aren't commercial in nature, therefore 97.113 doesn't apply.
