Yes they do...looks like I had wrong info.

However I imagine that you would need to install temporary guys during 
erection. I wouldn't fancy being on a 30 foot length of unguyed Rohn 25 
tower.    30 foot of 45 swung around enough for me and I only weigh 155 
pounds.
