[TowerTalk] any source for a GA-3000 ???

Right, I think they are a shock absorber so if you let go of the brake too soon it won't slam the rotator, also to help prevent shock loading due to gusty winds.  I think.  Seems pretty pricey for two stamped plates and four polyurethane bumpers, though.

What is it?  It appears to be a rotator mounting plate or adapter plate to fit a particular rotator to a specific tower.  If so, couldn't you take the dimensions to a local machine shop, or does it have some torsional absorption properties as the name would imply?

Have you tried Texas Towers? I doubt they'd stock them, but might be willing to order one. HRO?
