[TowerTalk] Lube om Hose clamps

I have never had an issue with hose clamps galling and I tighten mine
pretty tight.

Although NeneSeize or other lube will prevent SS clamp screws from
galling, putting lube on them is a double edged sword.

Like putting lube on tower bolts, the amount of torque you can apply to
the bolt threads or screw goes wayyy up, making it much easier to strip
out the clamp.
