Guys , the only way to go is to use a Cinch Jones plug.  I  have mulitple 
runs of wires coming into the station.  Three 36 connector  Cinch-Jones plugs 
are all I need for 100 wires.  It takes about 10 seconds  to reconnect 
after a thunderstorm.
 
By the way, when disconnected I plug the ones running from outside  into 
"dummies" that are connected at the bulkhead.
