There is no problem to run the LMR-600 , if you are sure you have the 75 ohms version you can "adjust" for 50 ohms for 6m, I did that for the 1/2 CATV who feed my 1/2 vertical for years before the change to 1/2 hard line to be used with the beacon
the matching section is easy to make for 6m, you can find it online or the antenna book
the LMR 600 need to say on the jacket LMR-600-75 if not can be the 50 ohms

Subject: [TowerTalk] 6M Transmission Line
> I have about 100ft of new LMR600 and also two new UHF connectors to fit the line. I am Feeding a three element 6M yagi through 50ft of RG213....the end of which is about 8 ft up the side of my HG52SS tower.....What do you think of an idea I have to use the LMR600 to feed the end of the RG213 and run directly into the shack for the K3 for 6M use. I know the LMR 600 is 75ohm so there will be a bit of a mismatch ...will it be significant?...as far as the K3 is concerned?
