[TowerTalk] US Tower HDX-689 Sheave replacement

Does that mean that the tower has to go back to UST to have such things installed? Just curious, before I look at spending lots of $$$$ for a tower that might need to have the same thing done a few years down the road. That could be VERY expensive!
