[TowerTalk] Insurance for Tower

Having just lost my US Tower TX455 and SteppIR 4L in a microburst, I can 
say that The Hartford covered it adequately.  It's considered, as Dave 
set out below, to be covered at 10% of the value of the home.  I'd check 
again.
