[TowerTalk] Insurance for Tower

Several years ago, an unusual ice storm settled in the area. 3" of radial
ice took out 2 Force 12 beams and a Lightning Bolt quad.
A claim was made to Allstate under my homeowner policy, and they covered
the damage with no questions.
