Actually, Dan's portion of WRTC should be pretty much accomplished at this 
time: team and referee selection.  Of course, everyone involved in managing 
WRTC is pretty busy.

Dan Street K1TO is your guy. He worked on mine and is the consummate 
professional. But he is pretty busy heading up WRTC for the US.
