So much of the obvious disappointment with MFJ could be easily resolved
by having better communication with the customer. I have nothing but
praise for the way RF Concepts (Alpha) who has responded to each and
every problem I have run into over the years. They are so good that all
issues have been quickly resolved by their customer service people This
company communicates effectively and quickly and MFJ could learn a lot
from them in this regard on the right way to deal with customers. Not
getting a reply on a repair item for three or four months is totally
unacceptable. This is the case on two repair items with MFJ-Ameritron
recently. One of them the RCS-12 was a warranty item and the MFJ-259 was
not. But both just seemed to disappear. Nobody should have to endure
these problems.
