In my opinion the Clarostat were the most problematic. Is the DX
Engineering replacement a 500 ohm pot?

black box RR motors.....

OK  I need to replace a POT   My question is .....The original 1022 1032
were they the BLACK Pots and then Carl upgraded to the Blue " Bourns 3590S "

or is it the Black Pot  "Clarostat  73JA "    the better   WX resistant pot
