[TowerTalk] New antenna analyzer from SteppIR

It appears to be closer to the AIM 4170.  Per the info at
http://www.sark110.com/ , it looks like a single port device.

I presume that if it's being compared to the Array Solutions VNA2180 it will
do 2-port measurements?
