[TowerTalk] feeding a Moseley S-403 40 meter three el. beam

I have had the S-402 for years, which I believe has the same kind of a 
DE and parasitic coil configurations.  If my memory serves me right, the 
reason they do not specify a balun, is the driven element coil is link 
coupled and matched to 50 ohms, eliminating the need for a balun..
