[TowerTalk] Rotor direction display is 90 degrees off

Unless they've changed the /ham series of rotators yse a wire wound 
resistor and a wiper fastened to the bell.  It would be difficult for 
one of these to slip and still work at all.  For them to be off either 
the bell has to be positioned wrong or the mast has slipped in the mount.
