How do all, 

Bill is having trouble with his A3ws/30 meter add on kit.

Per diagram 6B in the manual, measurement D2 is the over all length. Will that help you at all? My aged brain says that if you hang a coil on the end of the radiator it will change (lower) the resonant frequency. The new 30 meter trap is affecting all. From your SWR measurements I'd say you need to lengthen the inside element length and shorten the outside tip length. Or at least check them to make sure all is well............ 

I do have to state, I'm NO antenna Garu, and the mind is getting old, sort of a "8088" processor in an "I 7/Quad processor" world. <GRIN>
