Yes, there is a chance it may compress the coax, though that may not be a
major change in impedance depending on how much it is compressed. The issue
is, whether it compresses the coax or bursts the PVC - which event would
happen first? A suggestion would be to drill small holes in the bottom of
the PVC conduit every couple of feet. That will let water drain out, at
least to the point where it is not full of water. A little bit of freezing
water in a half full PVC will just expand into the free space first. Just
an opinion...
