[TowerTalk] One off balun question

I was just asked by PM what Rt is in my sketch here:

For others who may be wondering it is part of the representation of the 
choke. In other words the impedance of the choke would be Z=Rt+jwL.

The sketch was left over from a different discussion - I should have 
tidied it up before posting! Just ignore anything drawn between 
terminals A & B, but remember that's where you connect the choke :)
