I got a KLM 4 to 1 balun with the upgrade last kit from KLM.  I also got a 
Aztec balun made by K6NA in San Diego.  I have used the Aztec for over 10 
years now.  The original KLM still is good and the one I got with the 
upgrade kit was sold to a local to replace his on a KT-34.

If Aztec is still making the balun I recommend this balun as it is more 
rugged that the original KLM.
