WOW, great report!  But incomplete.  Was there a missing step AFTER the accident?  If broken during this accident, there would have been some shiny failure surface, not seen.  And what’s the source of energy to send it 62’ HORIZONTALLY?

If you hit the ground not attached to a broken lanyard or failed harness, then you have no claim.
