[TowerTalk] INstalling guy wires

IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE:  Big Grips, or by what ever name, they are really 
great to use. I use them with Phillystran but they are available for EHS 
as well.  I use a ComeAlong to pretension  to give the turnbuckles the 
most adjustment.  ComeAlong, ratcheting strap, fence stretcher (I had 
one on the farm that would pull a #12 steel wire in two using only one 
hand to pull.), or what ever tensioning device.
