[TowerTalk] Reassembling a Tennadyne T-12

Hello all,

I bought a used Tennadyne T-12 LPDA, and am planning to reassemble and
install the antenna soon. From what I've heard these antennas sometimes
have a nasty habit of shedding the sheet metal screws that hold the tubing
for the elements together, then eventually shedding the tubing. To prevent
this I'm considering losing the screws, and instead using pop rivets à la
Force 12. Does this sound like a reasonable modification? Has anyone else
done this, and can a supply of pop rivets be purchased from Force 12?
