[TowerTalk] HDX572 to HDX589 Adaptor Plate

I recently finished the adaptor plate for an HDX572 foundation to an HDX589.  The HDX572 foundation used 1 1/8 inch anchors and the foundation was oversized with almost 18 yards of concrete.  The plate was made from ¾ inch steel cut with a water jet.  The bolts that were used to mount the HDX589 to the plate were 1 1/8 inch Grade 8 with all structural washers and nuts.

Seems to be working great and has already seen some high winds.
