[TowerTalk] DX Engineering

Holy Crap! This is a zombie thread from early September. I long since declared my undying love for all things DXE related.

From Sept 8:

"To all:

I was contacted by the owner, Tim Duffy who promised a satisfactory resolution. The task was passed to Tom Parkinson, who has conclusively proven, in both carefully measured prose and elaborate pictures, that I am an incompetent idiot. We still do not know just what caused my problem, and I am 3000 miles from home and unable to provide any more info to the diligent team looking for answers.

I could not ask for more satisfactory service or attention to my needs."

I can tell you this - if I was made aware of a mistake, it was fixed, handled, and made right on the spot. I'm hoping that you didn't decide to withhold future business from DX Engineering and speak negatively of them in a public forum without at least calling a manager and making them aware of the situation and how things transpired in your first attempt to rectify the situation.

You'd already experienced the excellent service from them before, so I'd like to think if you gave them a second chance in proper fashion through proper channels that you'd see more of the great service that you'd grown accustomed to from prior dealings.
