[TowerTalk] Phillystran

Well folks I am back.
    I have now applied my Phillystran to the boom truss and  the foe and 
aft guys and clamped them as suggested. I also purchased Vinyl End  Caps for 
the correct size Phillystran. When I went to install the end caps they  were 
very loose. What is the CORRECT way to put the end caps on the  Phillystran?
