[TowerTalk] Phillystran

Place a generous drop of RTV on the end of the Phillystran, then install the cap. Rotate the cap a little to make sure the RTV is spread internally to the cap.

I use caps on my 6700i Phillystran and they were a snug fit before the RTV. YMMV.
