There are nearly always some open frame relays, like we used to use for 
antenna changeover, at hamfests.
The ceramic ones would do fine at 100W, or much more.   Even 600 ohm line 
doesn't have extreme voltages, under 1KV at a KW.
I can't find any on Google, but they are around, just a few $ each.

Also as he mentioned the outdoor connector is sensitive moisture and it
would be the first thing to check. The rubber boot does little to stop
ingress.  When I had G-2800DXA rotators I sealed the boot with silicone
sealant.

I concur with Dale's description.
G2800DXA model (with Cinch connector on control box)? - Also the same for 
the G1000DXA model.
1,2,3 are for the potentiometer
4,5 are the motor and 6 relates to the stops.
I?am happy to scan and supply the schematic.
Also note:? I have found their version control is very poor.? Moving from 
Cinch connectors to?Molex; FT1000D - always send the original manual when 
having it repaired as these radios had changes?that were not well?documented

I would think your local(ish) steel yard is probably your best bet for that.

That's gonna be a beast! What's it going in/on? What's going on it to
require such a specification, just for curiosity's sake?

That is probably a difficult wall thickness to find and you may have to go
to solid 4130 if you insist on using that diameter and need that much
strength. 3" mast is stronger per pound and so much nicer to climb and clamp
to.  I have not used a 2" mast in decades.

     I bought my 2"X1/4" CM mast from Special Metals, Inc. 6406 South
Eastern Oklahoma City, OK 73149;  Sales: Joe Varva 800-727-7177.  That was
in 2001 so neither the company nor Joe nor the number might be around

Hello,

I am considering building a remote ladder line switch using W199X-12
relays, which are open frame DPDT with 1600V breakdown voltage between
open contacts, 2200V between poles and coil/contact.

I run with 100W power.

Does anybody have opinions on relays like those, experience with them,
or good experiences with other relays that you think I should
consider instead?

I am looking at switching between two lazy H antennas (one east/west,
the other north/south) and maybe some doublets for lower bands.

The plan is to have each antenna switched either to a 4:1 balun, or
to ground. Would it make more sense to leave the unused antennas
ungrounded, or discharge static through 1M resistors?
