[TowerTalk] "Weatherpack" weatherproof connectors for rotors, SteppIRs, etc?

Various schemes for making weatherproof connections on
rotors and antennas have been discussed on TT, such as the
ubiquitous trailer connectors, etc.  Here is a solution
I had never seen before:

Does anyone have experience with these?  Pros and cons?  Odd that
DX Engineering isn't listing these on their site.
