[TowerTalk] 22 ft vertical : will this hold in the wind?

Hi Ed
 
  I have a 4 square receiving  array. My  original configuration was a 1" .058 was lower section   of the antenna and  1" PVC plumbers fitting as   it's insulating mount...... The new revised is  like your with a 16"  X 7/8 "  piece of Derain Rod    inserted in the bottom 1" piece.
 
I then drill  the rod and have 2   ,5/16  lag screws 6" apart  and into the 4X4 protruding 8 in out of the cement . Help up this winter  
 
 
No if I can keep the deer from chewing on the RG6   that protrudes out of the conduit  to the amp box we'll be A-Okay
