[TowerTalk] 30/40m on 1 boom

By spacing the 10MHZ driven element a few inches away from the 40 meter 
driven element (adjust the distance for minimum swr on 10 MHz) you can 
easily use one feed line.  Several manufacturers use this method of 
exciting other bands for multi band antennas.
