[TowerTalk] Replacement Bolts for Rohn GB45D

Thanks to everyonefor the suggestions for replacement bolts for a
Rohn GB45(G)D guy bracket that is missing bolts.  The second "G" in
the part number is missing from the embossing on the larger parts
of the bracket.

The solution was provided by the joint efforts of Tim, K3LR and
Rohn.  Thanks Tim and Rohn!

FWIW, Rohn lists bolt sets (bolt and corresponding nut and optional
locking device) in their catalog, including the size required by my
guy bracket.  What is not at all clear is whether or not the nuts
provided via the catalog are the so-called "heavy" nuts that are
used on the guy bracket.

Another data point: these new bolts are A325 standard rather than
grade 5.
