FWIW, Rohn lists bolt sets (bolt and corresponding nut and optional
locking device) in their catalog, including the size required by my
guy bracket.  What is not at all clear is whether or not the nuts
provided via the catalog are the so-called "heavy" nuts that are
used on the guy bracket.

Another data point: these new bolts are A325 standard rather than
grade 5.

###   Wrench size for Regular nuts are typ  50%  bigger than the bolt diam.
Heavy nuts  use a slightly  bigger wrench size... > 50%. 

##  A325 is an ASTM spec.   Grade 5 is a SAE spec.
A325   IS the same strength as a Grade 5 bolt.
