If the element is modeled in Free Space the Fres calculated by YM, by the NEC-2 engine using the stepped diameter (Leeson) correction, or by the NEC-4 engine are all withing a few tens of kHz.  The NEC results will vary a bit depending on the segmentation density used.

However, if the element is modeled over real ground at realistic heights ... well, we've been down that road before.  See
