[TowerTalk] Tower Foundation Pouring

I believe there is a "dry time" that extends well beyond the cure time 
before you can paint the concrete.  IIRC I was told to wait 3 to 6 
months before epoxy coating my shop floor. I phrase it like that as 
painting the shop floor with epoxy was well beyond 10 years ago.
