[TowerTalk] Epoxy for Pier pin in Rohn concrete base

I was not aware that a pier pin needed epoxy. It's silly when one looks at
the whole tower structure. I always use the short base in concrete.

I think I have arranged most of the Rohn 45 that I need and have the
concrete base and pier pin. I need to drill a hole for the pier pin and lost
the name of the epoxy (Quikcrete brand?). I know it sets in about 2 days.
