Re anti climb requirements: they might be in you local/state codes or
specified in a conditional use permit. I don't think the UBC/IBC
requires them. My EMA tower CUP required them or a fence. So I used
painted plywood (get 3 from a 4x8 sheet for R25) and J-bolts to hold
them on at three heights.
btw I have two 10' sections of Rohn 65 in good shape with probably 16ga
steel anti climb panels welded on, all hot dip galvanized, in good
condition. So this previously commercial tower had them. Free if you
pick them up in WWA. QRZ address is correct.
