[TowerTalk] Fwd: Advice on tower restrictions possible new

Unfortunately, in our litigious society the courtroom/jury room is the 
place where our reality is defined/redefined.

If you have access to lawyers as good as the cell companies and 
insurance as good as theirs then fences like they put up around towers 
should suffice.  Still, the court can trump "standard practice."
