[TowerTalk] Saddle clamps (muffler clamps)

I purchased some of these from K5GO/N5DX for a temporary project. The
pricing was great and so was their customer service! I am not sure if the
design has changed since DX Engineering took over however the issue that I
had was I had to use a much thinner plate then I had planned because of the
short bolt length.
