[TowerTalk] Identify mystery tower?

Describe the base. Is it a 1/2" metal plate app 4" X 10 with a row of 
3/4" holes on ea leg? What's the length nested?
The winches may be anything so I'd hesitate to call it cobbled. How 
about a link to a photo.
Once you know what it needs for a base, you "may" be able to order one. 
If not, most welding shops can build one to spec.
