Not sure what you mean by 'wind zone' or why you couldn't find on Google 
(scores of references down even to state) , but here is one that is general 
and originates from FEMA -

One which I find helpful for current general wind condx is at 
https://www.windy.com/. You can move around to whatever area you want.
