I was given 6 sections of Rohn 25 that some idiot with a sawzall disassembled by cutting off the ears that fit into the next section vs unbolting. Is it possible to remove the bolted in ears and reassemble using a section of pipe the correct diameter bolting it both above and below?? 73 Gary J N5BAA
