Anything is possible, however, you will likely never be able to get the tower straight because the “idiot” surely didn’t make each cut in exactly the same place on the tower.  By the way, it would have been faster and safer to remove the bolts IMHO.

I was given 6 sections of Rohn 25 that some idiot with a sawzall disassembled by cutting off the ears that fit into the next section vs unbolting.  Is it possible to remove the bolted in ears and reassemble using a section of pipe the correct diameter bolting it both above and below??
