[TowerTalk] Fastener replacement, Lift Fixture, Thrust bearing Questions

Good morning!

Here's another set of questions for the group related to the installation
of a used TX-472MDPL:

I just removed the T-base from the tower over the weekend (3x 4 bolts on
each leg) and the thrust bearing. Should I replace these 12 fasteners
before I put the tower up?

The raising fixture for this tower is a TRX-80HD. $1600 plus $450 shipping
to MN. Has anyone built one of these or had one built by a professional
welding shop? $2000 seems a ridiculous price to pay for tubing with welded
ears, 4 pulleys, cable and a winch.

The thrust bearing (both sleeve and bearing aperture) on the tower seems to
have worn eccentrically over the years it was up. Is this typical? Is it
something that I should replace?
