Jeff,
Even the best Galvanized or electroplated fasteners, have a difficult time with rust prevention.
An yearly maintenance job for my multi towers... Is touching up area of RUST with cold Spray Galvanize.

Subject: [TowerTalk] USTower anchor bolts rusting
When I installed my used HDX-555 I purchased new base anchor bolts from US
Towers. After about 3 years the bolts have a coat of rust on them. Is this
normal?
Nothing else is rusting at all including the nuts for the bolts which were
ordered at the same time.
Thanks,
Jeff
