[TowerTalk] Tuning raised radial verticals

I just put up an inverted 'L' for 80 meters with 2 rasised radials.  The
radials are about 8 feet in the air at the base of the antenna and slope
down to about 5 feet.

It was strange as when I put the first radial on, it was resonant around
3800 and when I added the 2nd one, it dropped the resonant point down to
about 3560 (which is where I wanted it to resonate).

I thought I cut the radials both the same length, but maybe Ihave one
longer than the other or something to move the resonany poing down so far.
