You might use a "beam clamp" or two, designed to fastened to structural 
beams without drilling a hole (usually not allowed by code).  Then 
connect to the threaded hole which is usually used to support a hanging 
pipe, etc.

Available in stainless 304 or 316 if you like corrosion resistant.
