[TowerTalk] Solid 160 radial plates?

The bolts in that plate should be up with the nuts and the connections 
on top so they can be reached easily. Tighten a nut and lockwasher on 
the bolt to lock it to the plate, then add the radials (I use 1/4" 
terminals on each wire) and tighten the top nut.
