[TowerTalk] Solid 160 radial plates?

I install SS cap screws from the bottom with a SS lock washer and nut installed 
for retention.  Then the radials with crimped lugs are installed on these 
"studs" with a second washer and nut.  All suitably dosed with anti-seize.
