[TowerTalk] Concrete Bin Blocks for Guy Anchors

I'm not familiar with these blocks, but similar ones I've seen often use 
stranded steel for the loops.  Are the loops large gauge stranded steel 
or solid?  If stranded I'd be concerned about corrosion over time, as 
well as flexing strain at the interface to the concrete due to vibration 
of the guy wires.
